Rum-infusion Classes

Guided by your Rummelier, discover how to make your own delicious rum infusion. Using combinations of fruit juices, herbs and spices grown on property you will create a delicious and truly unique flavored rum. All rummakers will take home a 200ml bottle of St Lucian rum.

Customers will receive a full refund with 7 day notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
