Amidst the intimate ambiance of a Caribbean cave, this mysterious hideaway
beckons with the aroma of fine cigars and a promise of signature rums and cocktails. As he shares tales of St. Lucian rum legends, your expert Rummelier will guide you through our rum and rum-based cocktails list. Choose from rums on tap in oak casks, carefully chosen rum flights or rare, top shelf rums and pair with your choice with charcuterie, tapas, and cheese plates.
