Our signature experience begins with a cocktail at T'cholit Lounge enjoying the magnificent sunset views of the Pitons. Be escorted to the Wine Room to enjoy exciting dishes from Chef Nigel Mitchell’s six-course tasting menu, paired expertly with exquisite wines from one of the largest selections of wines in St. Lucia.
