IN PARALLEL WITH THE BROADWAY ORDERED SHUTDOWN, THE RIDE HAS CANCELLED ALL DEPARTURES THROUGH SUNDAY MAY 31, 2020.
In order to ensure the safety and health of our customers and employees, THE RIDE has decided to cancel all departures of THE RIDE, THE TOUR and THE DOWNTOWN EXPERIENCE in parallel with the Broadway ordered suspension. Please check our schedule for updates on ticket sales and future reservations beginning June 1, 2020.
If you have purchased tickets for a departure between March 16, 2020 and May 31, 2020, please contact your original point of purchase or email our Customer Care Department: Reservations@ExperienceTheRide.com for a refund or rebooking for a date and time once we reinstate departures. If you booked using a pass program during the above dates, your booking will be automatically cancelled and your credit card not charged.

THE DOWNTOWN EXPERIENCE is the first sightseeing tour to have a fully integrated virtual reality experience that allows guests to witness full-scale, 360-degree reenactments of some of NYC's iconic moments as if you’ve traveled back in time. With a live Storyteller leading the way, see these sights unfold before your eyes through our patented vehicles, side-facing seating and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. THE DOWNTOWN EXPERIENCE is recommended for ages 6+.

If you purchase tickets through our "buy tickets" page, you will not receive a refund and will not be able to exchange paid tickets for a pass reservation. Pass tickets are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Having a pass does not guarantee you a ticket on THE DOWNTOWN EXPERIENCE.
